"Out of all the tradesmen who've worked here, Tom is the only one to have remembered it is our home. He treated us and the property with respect, arrived when he said he would, did the job he quoted for at the agreed price and cleaned up at the end of each day. On top of that, he understood what we were trying to achieve and was able to guide us away from what would have been a wrong choice of stove. We chose Tom as we wanted the correct technical advice and design for the flue system. We got that, a fair price, excellent workmanship and lots of little extras like the slate hearth being cut to our chosen shape, the supply of a great piece of Oak for our mantle ~ all the better since it was sourced here in the Highlands and of course, that fantastic piece of marble for my kitchen :) He's our kind of guy, he sees what needs done and just gets on with it. Might even put another stove in just for the joy of having him do the work :)"

| Dear Tom and Jenny,
A year on from our stove installation and I would just like to pass on our thanks and congratulations. Tom's installation work was beautifully done and very neatly finished. How he managed to do so much in the short time he had, I cannot explain. I only wish all our household building and maintenance projects went as swiftly and as well. The stove is brilliant - thanks for your advice on choice and method of installation. As a result it has worked out better than we had planned.
